I was looking at a show I want to enter and the information says:

"Six Congresses--Red, White & Blue (Sessler); Male (Barnes); Female (Barnes); Tabby (B. Lee), Youngters (TBA); Not So Young (TBA)."

Can someone explain what that means?

A congress ring is optional. They charge a small fee to enter.

In a congress any cat that meets the description can enter.

In TICA, as above congresses are, the finals count towards titles but the points do not count towards regional or International wins.

In ACFA a breed congress is a class (like all kittens or all championship) - where you have at least 25 of that breed in the class - not the total count of kitten/championship/alter. It would have to be, for example, 25 Maine Coon kittens competing to be a "breed congress".
