What Gender Is The Stray Cat I Found?

At first I thought it was a neutered male, then a female. I'm so confused. I'm taking the cat to the vet soon I just really would like to know!

Definitely a male. It does look neutered but in that last picture it looks like there could be some bulk there. Can you palpate the testicular sac to feel if there is testicles in there?

No, he's a biter. I could but I'd lose a finger haha
