What does it mean when my cat wiggles the very tip of her tail quickly?

Lately my cat has been wiggling the very tip of her tail quickly every now and again when I'm near her and sometimes when I'm not. She hasn't been aggressive or anything unusual but I do not no why she is doing it.

Any help or answers would be appreciated,

Thanks, robynandcakecat

Could be agitated or excited, or perhaps thinking you're gonna give him something (like she's waiting impatiently). Or in the case of my Sara, I swear her tail does that 24/7. Even when sleeping.

Ok guys, good news and bad news. The good news is that I have figured out what it is. The bad news is My cat Cake is stressed and has worms. This is what has been up with her.

Thanks for your help anyway,

Kind regards robynandcakecat

If you have anymore tips on worms or stressed cats that would be truly appreciated.

If she has worms, then she needs to go to the vet and get dewormed. It's possible they have OTC stuff but I'd personally go to my vet to make sure.

No she doesn't have fleas. She might of eaten a flea thought and it might of been how she caught the worms. I'll ask my vet.
Thanks,
