One of our cats, H.P's pupils are dilated differently. One is sometimes much larger than the other and sometimes only by a little or not at all. I just noticed it a couple days ago and it still appears to be happening. She is semi-feral so I don't know if I'll be able to get her to hold still long enough to snap a photo.

Any ideas what could be causing this?

This would def be something an animal eye specialist could tell you, it might be Horners Syndrome but im not a vet so please dont take that to heart, dont bring to a normal vet, I really mean go to an animal eye specialist they would be able to tell you whats going on

This is the best I could get, she wouldn't hold still. And you can probably tell from her expression she wasn't very happy with me lol.

That says "neuro" to me, and frankly it could be a lot of things.  The smaller pupil, is more light entering that eye at the time (whereas the bigger pupil is being shaded from light)?  When the light is directly behind you, do the pupils look equal then?

Like I said sometimes it's normal and sometimes just slighly. When I took that just before I posted it was slightly until I picked her up. Maybe stress related? I'm really unsure. We'll see if it quits happening and if not we may have to take her in. Like I said, semi-feralso that would be a task in itself.
