Oh. I thought that had to do with my stabs at the European Burmese and she was telling me the chocolate tortie wasn't the one I had wrong...

I've been following along anxiously waiting to see what Topaz's true coloring is.. and I'm 99% sure that Jan's "hint" about food was about Topaz. I have no guesses but this was the first time I've seen Topaz in all her beauty and her coloring is very cool looking!

Thats a good one!!! Just read that Sable is also known as Chocolate, Seal or Brown. Depends on breed and vibrancy of colour.

Ok ok, cool exploding head btw - maybe I'm disturbed too!

Here's a hint ... if you want it? (please respond yes or no...)

Meanwhile ... a bit of light relief for no points...

What color is Gemlady Jan's other cat?

(She threw me this while I was frantically searching for Topaz's color and nearly killed me!
)

Yeah, Ari is white - just waiting for someone to contradict....

Now, while we are still basking in the what the... of Topaz, another cat.

Actually it's a repeat coz no-one EVER got her right then, and seriously, this is the clue to Topaz...

One of my cats, no pedigree.

200 points for color and don't be mislead by markings in this case....

What color is my Milo?

Technically a pointed cat is WHITE with colors and/or markings on ears, nose, feet and tail - so no, Milo is NOT a seal-lynx point.

Go back to the CFA website and do a breed search - there's another breed of cat that has this sort of features

Is Topaz a cinnamon tortie point with white? Or do pointed colors not have white?

That brown color is most unusual! She's really a beauty!

Duh.....just re-read a couple posts before this. Technically a pointed cat is WHITE with colors and/or markings on ears, nose, feet and tail...Obviously pointed colors do have white. Gah...I'm so confused!
