What Color Are These Kittens?

Mom is a Shaded Silver Tabby and dad is ???? Are these guys shaded? Dad looks to be a blue ticked tabby with a hint of light brown on his tips. I know it is a dominant gene, but they don't look shaded yet. They are only 1 week old, when does shading start to show?

Someone with more knowledge on shading will soon answer you.
If it is a dominant trait, mom can be heterocigotic for that general, thus only half of the kittens would be expected to have this trait if father doesn't. If she is homocigotic for it, then all her kittens will have this trait too.
