Toxoplasmosis is one, I believe. They always tell pregnant women to watch out.
Besides the above, there is hookworm, roundworm, cat scratch fever, rabies, cryptosporidiosis, tuberculosis, Pasteurella multocida, salmonella, ringworm, Giardiasis, scabies. There may be more, but these are the ones I found by searching Dr. Google
