What Breed Is This Little Kitten?

Hi! This is Jiji, and he's a male 9-week old kitten I just adopted! I'm sure he's a domestic mix, but I can't figure out if he will be medium haired or short haired -- his fur is very fine and seems whispy/longer on the ends than some of my past short-haired kittens. He also has longer hair on his tale and around his ears.

I'd say it looks like he will end up as a Shorthair. Kittens always have a little bit of "kitten fluff", which I think is the longer wispy hairs. Jiji is very cute!

No unfortunately he was a stray I adopted from a friend, so I have no idea what his littermates look like! He's growing white fur and a white undercoat it looks like!
