Really can't see from that photo, sort of looks mackeral. Can you stretch her out and get someone else to take the photo?

Classic tortie tabby (brown).

I dunno, it's so hard to tell with all the tortie patching. I can't see the classic tabby swirls, but I can't see much mackerel tabby striping either. It's obvious that she's some kind of tabby tortoiseshell, because that striking tabby M pattern is right there on her forehead.

I'll try to get a stretched-out picture of her body.  I thought for sure not mackerel because I don't see any striping on her body whatsoever.
