Oh, what a sweet little face! I'd describe your kitty as a seal point bicolor domestic shorthair. Points are caused a recessive gene that is fairly widely spread amongst stray cats at this point, so it doesn't mean your kitty is a Siamese or a Snowshoe (which is a mitted (i.e. white paws) breed developed from the Siamese).

Unlike dogs, most cats aren't any particular breed, or mixes of a particular breed (to my knowledge, mixes actually tend to be rarer than purebreds!), as cat breeding has only recently gained widespread popularity. Most cats are just cats, without any ancestry, though that doesn't make then any less special!
