In all probability, domestic shorthair. Brown mackerel tabby and white. IF he is a possible look alike to an established breed is a little too early to see.
Many kittens tend to have this teddy bear looks, and usually they do grown out of this.
Most cats dont belong to any especial breed, and thus, most are called for domestics.

What a beautiful kitten! Without papers, your little one would be a brown mackerel with white domestic shorthair. With the adorable round face and huge eyes, I can see some British shorthair maybe in the past.
