What breed is my cat?

This is my 10 month old kitten Sebastian. He was rescued at about 2 months and had two small black spots on his head that disappeared about a month ago.

Foreign white, is there something they call, at least in England.

We other call this prob for a white Orientale.

Im not saying he is a purebred, but surely a good look alike!
