Unlike dogs it is very rare for cats to be classified as a certain breed as 97% of cats are considered domestics. Without papers your cat is classified a domestic and it is hard to tell for certain from the pictures but I believe he is a shorthair. He is very handsome and has great markings.

Do you have a picture that shows his whole body? I don't see a resemblance to any specific breed, and without papers from a breeder he is considered a DSH (domestic shorthair). Very pretty kitty. From the close-ups it looks like his color/pattern is probably brown mackerel tabby with white.
