Found this little guy on a ditch a month ago. Because it was night and the poor fellow was soaking wet and seemed to be having skin problems, we took him home thinking we will take him for a night and then find a home for him the next day. We are dog lovers and we have no idea on how to take care of a cat. But next day came and we thought maybe we will keep him for one more day but we soon realize we did not want to give him away. After numerous visits to the vet, his skin infection is better. Now, we would love to know exactly what breed he belongs to and why does he have two lengths of coats in his back.

He is semilonghar domestic may become longhair as adult and winter.

He prob got dumped because of these skin problems... owner didnt fancied to pay vet costs.

The nearest breed to compare with is prob Norwegian Forest Cat.

If he get biggish as adult its even possible he is one.

I would describe your kitten as a blue and white bicolor domestic longhair. Probably his coat looks like that because he hasn't developed his adult coat yet, and because he is just getting over a skin infection. Now that you have cleared up the skin problems, he'll probably develop a lovely coat!

Unlike dogs, most cats are not any particular breed or mix of breeds; almost all cats are simply domestic cats.
