This was taken during the summer months when her coat was much shorter. During the winter she has grown a mane around her neck. She weighs 10 pounds. I adopted her 7 months ago from the Humane Society.

What a pretty beautie! Wow!
Probably "just" an unusual pretty moggie, even if being both pointed and longhaired isnt that most common.
Although if you want to seek a look alike,
three breeds come into my mind:
Neva Masquerade, or if you so want, a pointed Siberian.
