What Breed Does He Look?

The male is 2 years old and was fully black but I noticed he had a few white hairs on his chest like his sister but she has a whole patch on her chest .. he has green and yellow eyes but he's having troubles eating and has had urinary infections and has asthma .. maybe it has to do with the breed he is? (First two photos are the male)

He might have some Bombay influence, he really has that round head, shiny black fur, and copper-colored eyes characteristic to the breed. This would be impossible to prove short of a DNA test, however, so your handsome boy would be called a black Domestic Shorthair, with a locket (that's what that little spot of white is called).
