So this is the first time I have a pet. I just got my 4-months ragdoll kitten named Pi 3 weeks ago. I read some online sources about cat food and I am confused a lot. There are some sites that say dry foods are not good for cats; they even say that "the cheapest canned food is better than any dry food on the market". Then I read about "by-product" canned foods and I got confused even more.
I am a student so I need to find some affordable options for my kitten but the food also needs to be healthy and has enough nutrition for him.
I shop around and see that Friskies is fairly cheap.
Should I feed this kind of canned food for my kitten? Could you recommend some dry and wet food that are healthy for my kitten and also affordable?
Thanks a lot
