My cat (whom is a year old) has had a watery right eye for the last couple of days. Its only her right eye, which makes me a bit nervous because i have read that it could mean that there is something wrong with her. I'm just wondering if it is something i should worry about?

Without knowing your location, my guess would be seasonal allergies.  This happens to my girl when the seasons change or when it's really dusty outside.  Here in Texas, it's Ragweed season and her eye has been watering.  As long as the discharge is clear you're okay.  If the discharge becomes yellow or green, then she needs to go to the vet because that indicates an infection.  Other than that, keep her eye dry by wiping it with a soft, dry cloth.
