Hi guys, I noticed that my boy has dry paws and I've looked online and found that vaseline is a good solution and safe too. What do you guys think please? My vet recommended some skin supplements but I am short on cash for the time being. The petroleum jelly I bought is attached in the photo. Thanks

Any idea how often should I apply? The condition is not serious. Just some dryness in upper toes

After applying the petroleum jelly 3 times. I got positive results. Sorry, I couldn't take a photo. He wouldn't sit still at all 😅

Just be careful with the amount. If he will let you, massage it in well. Vaseline is often used as a hairball remedy and a laxative. If he develops diarrhea, it is from that. a little won't hurt at all, I give my cats a bit of butter several times a week for hairballs, butter has almost nonexistent lactose.
