A few days ago, one of thte kittens at the rescue, had a seizure.. we watched her for about 20 more minutes, and during that time, she had three more. So we called the vets and told them we were coming down. She had one while I was waiting for the rescue owner to get her car, and one in the car, and then one in the waiting room.. and thats the last one she had. The vet said to bring her in first thing in the morning and he would do some bloodwork on her.
So the next morning, we called and told him she hadn't had anymore seizures (the rescue owner stayed at the rescue all night with her) and the vet said to not bring her in then, that maybe it was a one time thing.
Well now the seizures are worse.. if thats what they really are.
She sorta falls over, and just lies there, gasping for air, her eyes wide ope, and pupils big as can be.. and then all of a sudden she stretches out her body to the fullest extent, and meows.. like a death meow if you have ever heard one.. it's horrible. So the Animal Hospital doens't open until noon.. so I cna't get her in until then... but I am going to go pick her up and bring her here so at least she can be monitered.
Does it sound like as seizure, and is there anything I can do to make her feel comfortable?
