We survived the constipation crisis (
thanks to you guys)
Now we have a stinky butt dilemma!!!
I trimmed her fur a little in that area. I even try to dab her butt dry after she pees! But the odor smells like urine. And she leaves the smell wherever she sits!!
She grooms herself pretty thoroughly, but I want to help her out! Is there any thing I have around the house that I can use to clean her up a bit? This is what I have--baby shampoo, baby wipes, wet ones. Any of those things sound good? Of course I want something that's not going to be harsh or hurtful to her when she licks it.
You know there's going to be injuries involved with this (on my part) so I want to take care of it in 1 or 2 attempts.
I know you guys will have excellent advice.

Hmm, dunno the cause, but baby wipes are for sure safe, even the aloe ones (aloe is usually toxic if they eat a lot) since its in such tiny quantities.

That's the most economical route that I know works, and if they are soft on baby bums they should be gentle for kitties too.

And thanks to everyone for your great advice and support. Don't know what we'd do without you all.
