Treats for Diabetic Cat?

I would cosult the vet but the easiest would be the dry food the cat eats

I agree that you should have your brother consult with his vet, but he may want to ask about either We Pity the Kitty cat treats or Liv-a-Littles, both of which are just freeze-dried meat. I would guess that they might be good for diabetic cats, as they don't have any added carbohydrates.
