If she is slapping at you I wouldn’t try to feed her. I would stay out of her space, don’t look at her directly and pretty much ignore her although you can talk to her and be in the room with her. If you have no other pets I would open the door, add another litterbox and food/water dishes somewhere else in your living space and let her sneak out when she is ready to explore. She may find another hiding spot but that is okay. She will come out when she is ready.
