My cat Nala can't hold her tail up straight. Instead the tip curls over. I've never had a cat do that before - is it a genetic mutation or must she have injured it once? (I only had her from 10 months old). Either way it's adorable :)

Does she just hold her tail curled or is there a kink in the end that you can't straighten out?

Been trying to get a pic but can't seem to get one that shows it! She never stays still :p

No there's no kink it's just floppy. She can put half the tail up straight and the tip curls over lol. It is very cute. I was just curious :)

My happy place.
Both my girls tails curl over at the ends when their tails are up. They are quite long and bushy, maybe that's why. Just the weight. My boy was short haired and his tail used to be straight up. Never really thought about it before I read your post.:lol3:
