Hi everyone, another problem I am having is the tip of my cat's tail is losing hair (or has lost hair), it is growing back slowly, but i would like to know if there is anything I can do to help her, I have put some coconut oil on it to help with the healing, but she just licks it off before the oil can absorb. At the moment, her tail end is bald.

Try a wash of chamomile tea (chilled). It doesn't taste particularly good to cats, so she won't want to groom it quite so much, it is very soothing, and it is bactericidal and fungicidal. AND since it is safe internally, should she do some grooming, it won't hurt her one bit.

I hope it works! It really is soothing, for any sort of skin ouchies. I've used it on cats, dogs, horses and humans with equally good results.
