Just in case this could help someone else, I wanted to share my experience. My cat has kidney disease, stage 4 
and constipation was a big problem. We thought it would do him in. We randomly changed his food to kidney & mobility (which we thought was kidney and motility - for constipation) either way, he started pooping regularly and if he gets too much a bit of diarrhea so we mix with other foods and he is regular now!!! Just sharing my experience, not medical advice.
