We are considering re homing Suki with one of hubbys' music friends. Suki loves to walk right in front of me sort of stretching out as she goes. I have balance issues and it is becoming dangerous. I really don't like the idea of giving her up. She is such a sweet little thing. This walking issues is either going to cause me to fall or I will end up stepping on her and badly injuring her:frown::frown:

Could you possibly consider using a cane to wave back and forth near the ground when you walk? You will gently hit Suki with the cane, and that will surely make her move. To top that off after a number of times of bumping her with the cane, she might likely decide to stay out of your way when she sees you coming. I would most certainly try this, and any other suggestions that members might propose, before re-homing her.
