If the fecal is negative for parasites or bacteria after the dewormer try a different food even though iams is good. SENSITIVE DIGESTION foods are best. I like royal canin for my cats love it. But its pricey. Remember when changing cat food if you dont mix it with current food and gradually put more of the new food it can cause diarrea. The change can cause it not the new food...just make it gradual. Best of luck with your dewormers. Ps...obvious but dont give milk or human food it can cause bad gas and diarrea. Best to stick to a human grade cat food.
