It appears that a handful of us are frequent fitness folks, so I thought it might be fun to have a place where we discuss our routines for the day. (And if it doesn't catch on, oh well. Lord knows I don't have a problem talking to myself.
)
I rode my recumbent exercise bike for 25 minutes this morning, going 7.4 miles on the 2nd (of 5) difficulty setting.
Tonight I need to do a total of 10 minutes worth of planks, if my body can handle it. I have never done them before, so maybe I should start with 5?
