I use to feed Royal Canin, it was a good quality food, but once it went to about $16 for a 3 LB bag I would not pay that. Then
I became a paid demonstrater for Nutro Natural Choice and began feeding that. (I loved that fun job walking around talking
to people about nutrition and setting up my table and even putting framed pics of my cats on it) Anyway after a few years of my
fun job I gave it up because I wanted my weekends back, and had a regular full time job. We moved way across town and there
was not a place close by to buy their food. We have a very close by independent pet food store and I decided on Chicken Soup For
The Soul because it is good quality and yet in my budget, my 5 LB bag is only $9.99, and they will even eat the canned version.
I also started feeding the dogs the dog version, equally affordable. I even feed the cat version to the stray cat outside, living in
the elements it needs good nutrition for sure.
