The 'Flop & Roll'

My kitty, Malachy flops at my feet & rolls almost every chance he gets ...he is also beginning to do this with my husband now too.  Just wondering if this is sign of affection ...it would seem so.  Do your cats do this?

Yes, one of our cats loves to do this! The other chestbumps against our shins and knees.

Yes - affection and a desire to play. By offering up his belly, he's showing he trust you, but he's also offering you the chance to play with him. If you were another cat, the roll wold be an invitation to join in a game.
