They look like marigolds... beautiful! That feature is called dichromatic eyes. Two colors in the same iris, and while it's a fault in show cats, it is a lovely feature in our pets!

I’m half convinced that my kitty has some sort of skull deformation. Her eyes are differently shaped, and her skull seems to be formed differently on the right side.
