Question on rules: Do all four words of the alliterative phrase have to start with the next letter, or only the first word?

Example: We're on letter "N". Is "Naughty nannies knitted knickers" allowed? (That would make the "X's" easier.)

If not, here is an "all-N":

Naughty nannies nixed nighties.

All four words have to start with the next letter. See the example on the rules.

The definition of alliteration is for "sounds", but if we're playing sounds plus the addition rule of "also letters" that's fine.

Policy piqued procedural process.
