Arnold actually flips the plastic strap from a bundle of yard waste bags over his head and walks around with the band aroind his waste. I have seen him do it! He flips the strap with his mouth and steps thru the band as it comes over his head. Once I saw him even put his left paw thru the band as it passed over him.
