My cat has conjunctivitis and I was prescribed terramycin gel to use twice a day in the eye. The vet is not going to be reachable for three days, how many days am I supposed to use this for?

Can you call the vet's office and ask one of the other vets or a vet tech to advise you? Did you not receive any instructions when you got the meds? Normally, the duration is printed, along with other applicable directions, on a label made by the vet and affixed to the package.
I'd give it for 3 days and then contact the vet on the 4th day to confirm how many days total you need to give the medicine. Does the package not have a printed sticker affixed to it with the dosing info? Or the receipt / invoice you received?
