Teeth Cleaning/any Experience With Oral Water Addivites?

After encountering many rescues where I volunteer with poor oral health, I'm suddenly concerned with keeping my guys' teeth clean. The bluestem was recommended to me as it's simply a water additive but I'm curious if anyone has used it and if it's worth the price.

I have also purchased a small toothbrush to slowly introduce to him as it's probably a better method of keeping his teeth clean but it could take a while for him to get comfortable with it. Any tooth cleaning experience/advice is welcome

Hi! I'm not speaking from direct experience, and also can't speak to the water additive you're mentioning but I've read in other posts here that the only thing that really works is brushing
