Meffy had Haws Syndrome last month, which I believe she got it from my other cat. During her haws period, she had brownish/reddish tears that I have to wipe 2-3 times a day. It’s been over a month, her haws are back to normal. But I still see the tears. The vet didn’t give me any treatment and Meffy isn’t bothered with it. It’s just that the tears dry up into little brown gunks below her eyes. It’s better now that the haws has recovered but still there.
Other than the tears, she eating/pooping fine and is her normal self.
Any suggestions for treatment or should I just continue wiping her eyes? It’s been about 5 weeks since the Haws was detected.
