Any remedies or ideas? He last pooped 2 days ago. Should we go to the vet for an enema?

He is eating 6 mls every 3 hours of kmr formula. We tried adding Pedialyte but backed off because he was peeing a lot and appears hydrated.

He probably just turned 1.5-2 week old. Eyes are open, ears still folded. He weighs 4-5 ounces. It's hard to accurately guess age. He was the sole survivor of his litter that was abandoned by mom.

My only concern at this point is the constipation. 6 mls every 3 hours seems like a lot of food for not pooping... Maybe go in tomorrow if no improvement?

Try watering down the formula even more diluted for a few days n let his bowls start moving b4 going back to the original blend. But just like humans, if no type of BM for 3 consecutive days, yes take little baby to the vet!!

Its good to know exactly weigt. Not just 4 or 5 ounces.
Because knowing you have easier to give correct amount of food, and knowing exactly daily changes helps you to know if he is OK or not.

They should add 10+ grams a day; its 1/3 + oz a day.
