Survey Popup?

I keep getting this survey pop up when I'm on.... is it legit? Here is a screen shot:

It pops up all the time for me.. it's kind of annoying tbh

I have a pop up blocker, i'm not sure if its different than an ad blocker....

I get that ad all the time- I find it pretty annoying.

I'm not familiar with that one specifically, and other than seeing cats, I find it hard to identify. Which company/service do they advertise? can you see/get a link from it?

We don't serve pop-ups as a rule, but this being cat-related, I wonder if this is something by one of our advertising partners that was sent to us.
