I got a surprise visit from a stray cat that I call Gypsy, I made another post about her and her kitten, Ewok a few months ago, wondering about the kittens eye.
Well, I hadn't seen either of them since then and about a week ago out of the blue, Gypsy showed back up, but kept her distance, she stuck around for about 3 days, coming up at night to eat I assume during the three days I never saw the kitten, so unforunately I assumed she was dead. Then, just as usual, after 3 days Gypsy took off and I didn't see her again.
That's when this morning happened.
I had just finished mowing the grass and went inside to make a sandwich, brought it back outside and sat it on the table, at which point the phone rang and I was expecting a call so I went to answer it. came back out and was greeted by this.

(I can't get the site to load the pics, sorry about that.)
In the time it took me to go inside, answer the phone and finish talking to the person(which was literally a total of 2 minutes) the little ****-heads appeared from nowhere and stole my sandwich!
By the time I ran back in to get my camera, they had all but devoured it, they ate everything, the meat, the bread, the mayo, the cheese and I think they even ate the relish!, I was able to get these two pics, standing about 20 feet away and luckily my camera has a really good zoom function, because as soon as the thieving pair spotted me, they both took off like little bolts of lightening, back into the woods.
I'd still like to catch this wayward pair, but have no clue as to how to go about it as they're not around frequently enough to take any interest in the couple traps I have set up which is becoming a hassle because I caught one of my own cats the other day -_-
I may never catch them, but I was just glad to see that the kitten is alive and well, even though she doesn't seen to keep herself the cleanest, her fur looked quiet messy but I guess kids will be kids lol.
