Sudden Harassment. Please Help!

I have 5 cats. 3/4 of the males are all harassing the one female we have. They're all fixed and they were doing just fine, I introduced them correctly and everything. This problem popped up just recently. Can anyone tell me what to do? I'm terrified of having to give away the female​

Is there an unspayed female outside that's in heat?

Can you try a calming product, either feliway diffusers, or if those don't work there are lots of other products with different ingredients.
Also can you keep her separated from the boys in the meantime?

1) Harassing how? Can you explain or post a video?

2) I would take the female who is being picked on to the vet for some bloodwork and a urine check. Often when cats get sick, first of all they do everything possible to hide it so its likely you wouldn't even know right away, but also their smell changes which the others pick up on. Since you said they are ALL ganging up on her, I suspect something could be wrong.
