Subscription ended. No email notice?

I used to get an email notice whenever my subscription was about to expire. It seems it may have expired though since I can no longer get into the Premium Lounge (was fine this morning) but I did not receive an email notice this time and I can seem to even find the link to subscribe again.

Help?
