Stray cat wants to leave without kittens

My cat was a stray. After we took her in we found out she was pregnant. She's been with us for 8months.She has always been pretty well behaved. Now her kittens are 2 and half months old.
For the last few days she has been screaming really loud. And everytime someone opens the main door she literally runs towards it. She even tried to jump out of my apartment. She is even acting pretty reluctant towards her babies. What should i do now?? There's no way i can keep her in as she even tried scratching and all. I feel very sad. What about the kittens now?

If you want you can start rehoming the kittens, they are old enough

Yep,  shes in HEAT.... it's that time..  If you have catnip in balls AND a bathroom you can keep her in?!?  

So you can feel better at work, and have her SPAYED...........................   All in all if you plan on keeping her thats
