Without knowing exactly where you are that looks to me like a blind snake. Mostly found in Asia and Africa but also found elsewhere in the world. They look very much like giant earthworms and are a burrowing type of snake. They eat ants and termites and typically will burrow into underground nests. They are 100% harmless to humans and pets.
