So I noticed today that when playing with Da Bird toy Snuffy’s stomach started contracting/spasming a few times when he got ahold of the feathered toy and really started chewing on it. I’ve never seen that happen before but honestly he also doesn’t usually get it and start going to town on it like it was a real bird. It hasn’t happened at any other point, not when he is eating his canned food, playing, or anything. Just earlier today when he was violently chewing on the bird toy like he was trying to kill a real bird.

Is this a problem or no? His last poop was normal and he’a been acting pretty normal. Maybe a slight decrease in activity today but not a ton or he wouldn’t have been wanting to play. Thoughts?

My guess is that he is more or less 'gagging' on the toy. Feeby loved to play with a plastic stick but would always end up gagging herself on it. Finally, after a couple of years of doing that, she decided it 'wasn't the toy for her' and she has never touched it since.
