Stitch coming out of almost healed incision

Mochis spay is almost fully healed but she still has a stitch sticking out, it was there when we took her for her infection, the vet left it and didnt say anything.
do you think it will be okay once she has her cone off? Or do we need to keep her from getting at it?

Sometimes they use dissolvable sutures that come out on their own.

If that's true in your case, the stitches will fall out on their own. If so, what you are seeing is normal.
Just keep the area clean and monitor for any problems, just like you have been doing. Everything should be all right.

However, I don't know what kind of sutures your vet used. You'll have to call and ask.
This should be, literally, a five minute phone call.

You: "I noticed that the stitches are coming out. Is that okay?"
Vet: "Yes, we used dissovable sutures. It's normal."
You: "So, there's nothing to worry about, then?"
Vet: "Nope. Just keep the incision clean and call us back if you see signs of infection."
