Started Biting Or Nipping

Our almost 2 year old rescue male kitty has started nipping at us when he wants attention and we are not giving it to him. He gets tons of interactive playtime and cuddles, so I don't know how much more attention we can give! He has lots of toys to play with alone as well. He has also recently started wanting to wrestle/bite our arms to play. He never used to do this, and when he tried his bites were gentle.. but just now he bit pretty hard. He just had a vet visit due to an emergency situation and everything is fine. Whats up? How can we get him to stop biting? Ignoring?

The same way you teach them to attack toys not people. I might suggest a kickaroo so can bunnykick something to his hearts content. Say "ow" or "no" then ignore him for 15 minutes. That plus more playtime should help.
