Spaying incision

So my girl cat just turned a year old in April so I decided it was about time to get her fixed. Tomorrow, Tuesday 5/25/2021, will be one week exactly since she had surgery and when I was looking at her incision tonight I noticed it has gotten a little more red and it looks as if the top stitch is coming out already. I just want anted to know if this looks normal or if I should take her to the vet.

That looks normal. It’s bigger than the usual incision, if you have worries snap a photo and take it to the vets office.
