Debby, I hope you had the chance to go to the doctor, and that you feel better. When I have a sore throat, I drink pineapple juice mixed with honey. Just add a few teaspoons to a glass of juice. Sounds weird, but it works!

Actually, it doesn't have to be a Siamese - any cat can carry streptococcus. I've read a couple of warnings about that recently.

I just want to say thank you for all the good wishes and advice! It was indeed Strep.

But with lots of medication, I am feeling much better now, and in much better spirits!
