Well got up this morning to find that he had thrown up on the pool table again. The food that was thrown up didn't even look digested. So he had to have thrown up within an hour of me going to bed. Then also behind some cabinets that we have pulled away from the wall, there was brownish liquid that looked like there could be some blood in it again. I've still been giving him the antibiotics prescribed by the doc.
This morning I fed him the 1 cup that was left from the other can and gave him a teaspoon full from a new can. He hate and then like 10 minutes later he's crying at me for more. So I put him in the bathroom have him two more teaspoons from the can. Then he seemed fine for about 10 minutes and then I saw him go down stairs and after a minute come back up and whine at me. I know the I'm starving whine so I followed him down and he stopped by the bathroom door in the basement and cried and cried. So I told him no we'll wait a little while longer so after 30 minutes more of him complaining that he was hungry I have him three teaspoons full on a plate. He ate that up. And since then he's still been crying at me.
Could he be used to the dry food keeping him fuller longer?
Other than those two spots where I think he threw up, he's been acting normal. This morning he went to the bathroom downstairs and then raced through the kitty door and past me into the office. He's been playful and acting normal. If he wasn't throwing up you'd never know he wasn't feeling well.
But I have noticed a pattern. During the day he usually eats and is fine. It's during the night that he throws up and the early morning. During the day when he's usually sleeping he doesn't throw up. So I don't know if that means something or not.
